MIT Stories: Meet Christina

At FLIK, we invest in our team and love to develop strong leaders.

After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, Christina joined our entry-level Manager in Training (MIT) Program. The MIT platform is unique to FLIK's parent company, Compass Group, and is designed with a blend of operational experiences, new manager and leadership skills taught through distance, self-directed, hands on and live classroom learning.

Throughout her time in the MIT program, Christina was able to attend the New York Giants training camp, work on special projects, and truly gain a deeper understanding of the FLIK business.

At FLIK, we are dedicated to the training and support of all associates, embodying the ethos of L.O.V.E. (Live Our Values Extraordinarily), which keeps us focused on what matters most.
