What's your favorite spice or flavor?
As an RD with our schools division, what's one piece of advice you would give for getting kids to try new foods and flavors?
Introduce a variety of foods with different flavors, textures, smells, and temperatures to expand a child's palate. Including a favorite at each meal when you're serving something new creates balance.
What's one simple family wellness tip you live by?
Make it a family rule to try everything at every meal, even if it's only one pea and even if you've tried it before. Trying should be for everyone in the family. That means mom, dad, big sister - everyone!
