When Chris joined the FLIK Hospitality family, he was sold on the family-oriented mentality and values of the company. As the general manager of the American Express Centurion Lounge at LaGuardia airport, he runs the lounge like his own little family restaurant.
Every detail makes a difference in his customers' experience - from the food being served to the smile on each team members face as they're welcoming guests at the door. Chris takes significant pride in his team's growth, and how by encouraging everyone to strive for excellence, they push him to be a better manager too.
