It's time to celebrate the yummiest, cheesiest day of the year - National Grilled Cheese Day!
While the method for a grilled cheese sounds simple - two slices of bread, some cheese in the middle, and voila - at FLIK we take pride in the innovations we've implemented across our sandwiches.
By adding in fun combinations of breads, cheeses, vegetables, and other mix-ins, we've taken these beloved gooey and delightful sandwiches to new levels.
Cauliflower Grilled Cheese - Instead of bread, we use grilled cauliflower as a healthy twist.
Ruben Grilled Cheese - Take a twist on the traditional by layering turkey, bacon and muenster cheese and grilling it until the cheese is full of ooey, gooey, melty goodness.
California Grilled Cheese - Add avocado, bacon and tomato to this grilled cheese on whole wheat bread. A favorite for many of our independent schools students.
Goat Cheese & Figs - Elevate your grilled cheese by using goat cheese, fresh figs, and carmelized onions.
