Braised Mustard Greens

Serving size: ½ cup, Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1 lb Mustard Greens, Fresh |
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil |
½ lb Yellow Onion, Small Dice |
1/8 tsp Salt |
1 tsp Black Pepper |
½ cup Water |
Instructions
1. Trim stems from the mustard greens and wash well. Chop coarsely.
2. Heat oil in skillet. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
3. Stir in greens. Add salt, pepper and water. Braise mustard greens until soft.
