Ingredients
| 10 ounces cooked quinoa |
| 1 avocado (about 1/2 cup diced) |
| 1/2 cup diced strawberries |
| 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
| 1 tablespoon canola oil |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss all ingredients together until evenly combined.
