Meet Christine, who started at FLIK as an hourly cashier, and has now worked her way up to Catering Manager at one of NYC's most prestigious law firms. 

Perfect for high-potential hourly associates who are interested in furthering their career, the Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to create a robust learning opportunity for individuals to build the skills and knowledge needed for success as a full-time manager. 

Christine, like her fellow MIT graduates, is on the fast-track to success at FLIK! Here her story below:
