Ingredients
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup diced spanish onion |
1/3 cup dried apricots |
2 tablespoons light brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon minced jalapeno |
3/4 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 1/4 teaspoons malt vinegar |
3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon tabasco |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
48 jumbo 21/25 shrimp, raw |
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients except shrimp. Bring to a boil then lower heat to a simmer and cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat and puree until consistency is smooth.
- Brush shrimp with Apricot BBQ Sauce. Grill the shrimp over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
